For more than thirty years, Dr. Harris has devoted himself to community uplift and public service, beginning with his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri St. Louis and continuing through a decades-long journey of business leadership and commitment to social justice.

As the guiding force behind SME GLOBAL BUSINESS CONSULTING LLC, Dr. Harris brings together extensive academic credentials—a Doctorate in Business with an emphasis in Public Administration from National University, an MBA from Northcentral University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri St. Louis. These achievements are complemented by decades of practical experience across organizational leadership, business development, public administration, politics, and policy formulation.
